Refunds

We have a 48hr refund policy, which means you have 48 hrs after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund you must send us a picture with what is wrong with your item. Please note we only accept refunds if your missing items (eg. You didn’t receive the options you chose) or received the wrong size (eg. You ordered a 2 kg and only received a 1kg).

To start a refund request, you can contact us at devontreats@yahoo.com. Please note we might be busy and not get around to doing your request strait away. Please note if we don’t reply to your refund request until after the 48 hrs don’t panic as long as you made the request within the 48hrs of receiving your order then the request will still be activate, any requests after the 48hrs will not be activate this means you aren’t eligible for the refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at devontreats@yahoo.com.


Replacement

If you chose to have a replacement we will make,pack and send out your replacement as soon as possible. You’ll only get a replacement on the items that’s incorrect, please note when we send out your replacement we won’t ask for any details or payment, any replacements will be free of charge.
